5-Ingredient Baked Italian Chicken
Himalayan pink salt
ground, to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place your chicken breasts on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Melt ghee, press garlic, and combine. Then brush on top of chicken breasts.
Sprinkle with rosemary, salt & pepper.
Slice lemon into circles. Squeeze a little bit of lemon juice over chicken breasts, then place two circle slices on each breast for visual appeal 🙂
Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165°F.
Serve with pasta or rice, and veggies and enjoy!
