Ingredients
  • 2TBSP sprouted ragi flour(heaping)
  • 5oz filtered water
  • 2oz puréeyou can add carrot/ spinach/ apple/ avocado/ beans/ peas
  • 5oz milk
Instructions
  1. Take two heaping Tablespoons of sprouted ragi flour…
  2. And 2 oz of water…
  3. And mix together in a bowl.
  4. Bring the remaining 3 oz of water to a boil in a small pan.
  5. Then gently pour the ragi/water mixture into the boiling water, mix, and simmer for 30 seconds.
  6. Remove from heat, and add the fruit/vegetable purée. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Once combined, add the milk.
  8. Mix thoroughly.
  9. Allow to cool to room temperature before serving.
