Baby’s Mango Oatmeal
This is a simple nourishing food for babies 6 months and older. Mango puree can be replaced with pear or applesauce, or cooked and pureed skinless peaches or nectarines.

Ingredients

rolled oats
organic, gluten-free
breastmilk or formula
Alphonso Mango Puree
cinnamon

Instructions
Grind the oats to a fine oat flour in a food processor. Reserve 2 tbsp; store remaining in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
Bring 6 tbsp water to a boil; add 2 tbsp oat flour and a pinch of cinnamon, whisking continuously until completely integrated.
Cook, stirring often for about 2-4 minutes or until thickened and the oat flour is cooked. Remove from heat.
Add milk or formula to get just the right consistency.
Stir in ghee and a little spoonful of mango puree.
