Cardamom-Scented Fresh Orange Sherbet
Creamy, cool and luscious! You’ll love this orange summer treat. For a non-dairy version, full-fat coconut milk can used in place of half and half or milk. Try this great recipe sprinkled with raw cacao nibs, frozen raspberries, dried coconut flakes, or any options of choice.
Ingredients
  • 2cups orange juicefreshly squeezed (4-5 juicy oranges)
  • 1cup half and halfor whole milk
  • 3/4cup sugaror to taste
  • 1Tbsp lemon juicefreshly squeezed
  • 1/4-1/2tsp green cardamom powderor to taste

  • chopped dark chocolate
  • roasted nutsof choice
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients together until completely blended.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until very cold.
  3. Pour into an ice cream maker; churn for 20-25 minutes, or until thick and creamy.
  4. Transfer to a freezer-safe container with a lid. Cover and freeze until firm.
