Citrus Herb Dressing with Almond Oil and Manuka Honey
Enjoy this fresh, lively salad dressing tossed into a variety of leafy greens, or drizzled over tomato, radish, cucumber and carrots. The recipe will yield approximately 1/2 cup.
Ingredients

lemon juice
freshly squeezed

tbsp
orange juice
1
tsp
dijon mustard
1
tsp
Manuka Honey
3
tbsp
almond oil
organic, cold pressed

Tbsp
fresh herbs
of choice (parsley, dill, basil, chives, etc.)

pinch
Himalayan pink salt
or to taste

pinch
black pepper
freshly ground, or to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together lemon juice, orange juice, Dijon mustard, and honey until smooth.
Slowly drizzle in almond oil while whisking to emulsify.
Stir in herbs, salt, and pepper.
Taste and adjust seasoning as desired, adding more honey for sweetness, more lemon for brightness.
Drizzle over salad greens and/or other raw vegetables just before serving.
