Iced Green Tea with Ginger, Lime and Cardamom
Enjoy this delicious green tea year round. For a truly beautiful iced tea, add some blueberries to the bottom of your glass when serving. This recipe makes enough for one person but is easily doubled, tripled or quadrupled, as desired.

Ingredients
  • 1Tbsp Darjeeling Green Tea
  • 1-1/4cups filtered water
  • 1-2 tsp fresh ginger rootfinely chopped
  • ice cubes
  • raw honeypreferably local
  • lime slice and lime juicefresh
  • 1pinch green cardamom powder
  • 1Tbsp blueberriesoptional
Instructions
  1. Prepare Darjeeling Tea according to jar instructions, adding fresh ginger and steeping for 4 minutes.
  2. Strain into a glass that’s half filled with ice cubes. The tea will cool quickly, so stir in honey to taste, right away.
  3. Add freshly squeezed lime juice and cardamom.
  4. Enjoy as is with a slice of lime and/or a tablespoon of blueberries added to the glass.
