Gluten-free Apple Crisp
Ingredients
  • 3/4cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
  • 1/2cup almond flour
  • 1/2cup brown sugar
  • 1/2cup Ghee
  • 3-4 apple(s)peeled and thinly sliced
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Place sliced apples evenly in the base of a 9×12 pan.
  3. In a medium size bowl combine almond flour, gluten-free oats and brown sugar, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Pour the mixture on top of the apples, spreading evenly.
  5. Melt ghee in the microwave for about 1 minute.
  6. Pour the ghee over the apples and dry ingredients.
  7. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, until crisp.
