Holiday-Spiced Pecans

pecan halves

Ghee

jaggery (grated)
(or packed brown sugar)

teaspoon
vanilla extract

Himalayan pink salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Melt ghee in a large saucepan over medium-low heat.
Add jaggery or brown sugar and salt. Stir until jaggery is dissolved.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla then add pecans, stirring to coat completely.
Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake, stirring every 10 minutes, for 15 to 25 minutes, or until toasted to your preference.
Remove from oven; transfer to a large plate to cool completely.
