Instructions
In a sieve, mix the moong dal and rice. Rinse thoroughly with water
Add all ingredients to your Instant Pot.
After locking lid, set to Pressure Cook for 20 minutes.
After cooking is done, let it release the pressure naturally. Then take off lid.
