Ingredients
  • 1-1/2cups Alphonso Mango Puree
  • 3Tbsp honey
  • 1/4cup coconut milkfull fat
  • 1-2tsp lemonjuice
  • mintfresh
Instructions
  1. Puree all ingredients together in a blender
  2. Transfer to a freezer-safe container; freeze for at least 4 hours
  3. Let the sorbet come to room temperature for 15-20 minutes to soften before serving
  4. Garnish with mint leaves
