Simple Paneer Vegetable Pizza with Italian Ghee
This is an easy-to-make vegetarian pizza flavored with assorted pizza-loving veggies and our signature Italian Ghee (infused with rosemary, thyme and oregano). Paneer makes a great addition to pizza; it not only adds great flavor and good nutrition; it holds its shape beautifully!
Ingredients
  • 1 pizza crust12-inch, ready made
  • 2tsp Italian Gheemelted
  • 1/2cup pizza saucestore-purchased or homemade
  • 1cup mozzarella cheesegrated or shredded
  • 1/2cup (3-4 ounces) paneer cheesecut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/4cup red onionsthinly sliced
  • 1/4cup red bell pepperthinly sliced
  • 1/4cup grape or cherry tomatoeshalved
  • 2-3Tbsp sliced black olives
  • 1-2Tbsp jalapeño pepperssliced, fresh or canned, drained
  • 1tsp Italian seasoningor to taste
  • red pepper flakesto taste, optional
  • Italian Gheemelted, for drizzling, optional
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Place the pizza base on a baking tray. Brush with melted Italian ghee.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the top. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  4. Arrange paneer cubes, red onions, red peppers, tomatoes, olives, and jalapeños over the top.
  5. Cover the top with the remaining cheese and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and red chili flakes if desired.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
  7. Slice and serve hot, drizzled with additional Italian Ghee, if desired.
