Instructions
Heat ghee in a medium sauce pan, and add spices.
Bloom spices for 2 minutes or until aromatic.
Add water, jaggery, and tamarind paste, and stir.
Simmer on low for 15-20 minutes. Sauce will be thin, but will thicken as it cools.
