Tamarind Chutney

Instructions
  1. Heat ghee in a medium sauce pan, and add spices.
  2. Bloom spices for 2 minutes or until aromatic.
  3. Add water, jaggery, and tamarind paste, and stir.
  4. Simmer on low for 15-20 minutes. Sauce will be thin, but will thicken as it cools.
