Ingredients
  • 1lb porkground
  • 1/2tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/2tsp paprikasmoked
  • 1/4tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/4tsp peppercorns, blackground
  • 1/8 red pepper flakes
  • 2tbsp Ghee
  • 1tsp Garlic Ghee
  • 4cups brothWhole30 compliant chicken
  • 14.5oz tomatoesundrained diced
  • 1lb potatoesred, cut into 3/4 chunks
  • 4cups kalefresh, chopped
  • 2tsp thymefresh, chopped
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add ground pork, black pepper, red pepper flakes, salt, Italian seasoning, paprika, and fennel seeds. Mix well.
  2. Heat ghee in large pot on medium heat.
  3. Now, add the mixed ground pork, and onion. Cook while stirring intermittently, until meat is darkened.
  4. Add broth, tomatoes (undrained), and potatoes. Bring to boiling.
  5. When boiling, turn to low heat, cover, and simmer, stirring every now and then, until the potatoes are soft. (15-20 minutes)
  6. Add thyme and kale, then cook uncovered (5 minutes) until kale has softened.
  7. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
