Ingredients
  • 2fillets salmon
  • Garlic Gheeto taste
  • 1/2tsp paprika
  • peppercorns, blackground, to taste
  • Himalayan pink saltground, to taste
  • 1 avocadochopped
  • 1/4 red onionschopped
  • 1TBSP cilantrochopped
  • 1TBSP lime juice
  • 1TBSP PrimalOil
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then season the salmon with garlic ghee, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until fish is flaky.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine avocado, red onion, cilantro, lime juice and PrimalOil. Salt & pepper to taste, then mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Spoon avocado salsa over salmon and enjoy!
