Ingredients
  • 2TBSP Ghee
  • 1lb Brussels sprouts
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • ¼cup broth
  • Himalayan pink saltto taste
  • peppercorns, blackto taste
  • thymeto taste
Instructions
  1. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half. Peel the shallot and chop into small pieces.
  2. Heat a pan over medium-low heat. Add the butter or ghee to melt.
  3. Once the butter or ghee is melted, add the Brussels sprouts and shallot and sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the broth and salt, pepper and thyme.
  5. Cover and braise for 20 minutes, until the Brussels sprouts are soft.
