Himalayan pink salt

thyme

Instructions
Cut the Brussels sprouts in half. Peel the shallot and chop into small pieces.
Heat a pan over medium-low heat. Add the butter or ghee to melt.
Once the butter or ghee is melted, add the Brussels sprouts and shallot and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add the broth and salt, pepper and thyme.
Cover and braise for 20 minutes, until the Brussels sprouts are soft.
