  1. Heat Ghee in a pan over low heat.
  2. Add onion and cardamom pods and fry until the onion is soft and golden.
  3. Add garlic, cook for another minute.
  4. Add tomato and cook until paste thickens.
  5. Add cinnamon, garam masala, chili powder, and sugar to the pan and cook for another minute.
  6. Stir in cream and ground almonds.
  7. Add in cooked ‘Chicken Tikka’ pieces and simmer for about 5 minutes or until the chicken is heated thoroughly.
  8. Serve with Rice if desired, garnish with chopped cilantro.
