Ingredients
Marinade
  • 1/2TBSP paprika
  • 1tsp chili powder
  • 2TBSP DIY garam masala
  • 1 1/2TBSP lemon juice
  • 4cloves garlic
  • 2inches ginger
  • 1/2cup cilantro
  • 1/2cup yogurtplain
Other
  • 1lbs chickencubed
  • wedges lemon(to squeeze over top)
Instructions
  1. MARINADE: put all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Season with salt to taste.
  2. Put chicken and marinade in a container, mix thoroughly, cover and put in the fridge to marinate overnight (or at least 3 hours).
  3. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  4. Thread chicken cubes onto skewers and put them on a cookie sheet or baking tray.
  5. Roast for 15-20 minutes uncovered, until the chicken is cooked thoroughly and browned on the edges.
  6. Serve with wedges of lemon.
