Ingredients

dry lentils

(chicken or vegetable)

yogurt
plain

curry powder

Himalayan pink salt
or to taste

peppercorns, black
freshly ground, to taste
Instructions
Simmer lentils in broth, covered, until soft and broth is absorbed; about 20 minutes.
Place lentils and all remaining ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Thin with additional broth if too thick.
Taste and add additional salt and pepper if needed.
Drizzle a little more PrimalOil on top.
Serve with toasted pita chips or naan.
