Homemade Indian Style Dahi Yogurt in Instant Pot
  • 2cups milk
  • 1/4tsp yogurt starterabout 0.5 g (or 1 TBSP yogurt from previous batch)
  1. Bring 2 cups of milk to a simmer and lower temperature to 125 degrees F.
  2. Sterilize the Instant Pot with boiled water and pour out water.
  3. Pour milk into Instant Pot, and stir in yogurt culture.
  4. Close Instant Pot (no need to seal), and press Yogurt setting for 8 hours.
  5. After 8 hours, remove and store in refrigerator.
  6. Reserve a little bit of yogurt to use as a starter for the next batch.
