ragi

filtered water
cheesecloth
or muslin
Instructions
Rinse the ragi until the water runs clear, then soak overnight.
After soaking, drain ragi. Then spread cheesecloth in a baking dish, and spread ragi in a thin layer.
Cover with more cheesecloth.
Then place a damp kitchen towel over the baking dish.
Place in a warm spot in the house and leave for 4-24 hours.
The longer you leave it, the longer the sprouts will get.
