Mango Kiwi Popsicles with Mint
This fun, kid-friendly recipe can be modified and adjusted to fit a variety of popsicle molds.

Ingredients
3/4
cup
kiwi fruit pulp
roughly 3 peeled kiwi fruits
1/2
cup
Alphonso Mango Puree
1/2
cup
yogurt
Greek, vanilla
1
Tbsp
mint leaves
fresh
natural sweetener
of choice
Instructions
In a food processor, blend kiwi with mint leaves. If desired, add sweetener of choice
Fill popsicle molds with equal amounts of kiwi-mint pulp; freeze until almost frozen
Whisk mango puree with Greek vanilla yogurt. Pour equal amounts over kiwi
Return to freezer for another 10-12 minutes
Insert wooden sticks into each popsicle; continue freezing until fully frozen
