Then heat in a medium cast iron skillet grassfed organic ghee on medium.
Dice onions and apples into small 1 cm cubes, and sauté in ghee until soft, about 5 minutes.

Add Digestive Ghee to the skillet and stir.
Pour the egg mixture over the apples and onions in the skillet and leave on medium heat, bubbling gently, until it is cooked halfway through, about 3 minutes. Be careful not to burn the bottom.
Pop it in your preheated oven for another 3 or so minutes, keeping an eye on it so the top doesn’t burn. Remove when the top is a beautiful golden brown.
