Spiced Potato Aloo Chaat with Mint & Cilantro
  1. In a large pot, boil water, and cook peeled and diced potatoes for 5 minutes or until tender.
  2. Drain potatoes and place in a bowl.
  3. Heat ghee on stove and when hot, add mustard seeds. Cook until they pop.
  4. Toss with remaining ingredients until potatoes are coated evenly.
  5. Serve warm.
