Ingredients
  • 3lbs beefground
  • 2 bell peppersde-seeded and chopped
  • 2 onion(s)large, and chopped
  • 4cloves garlicminced
  • 2tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 1tsp peppercorns, blackground
  • 2tsp oreganodried, crushed
Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef. Stir and chop to separate beef into smaller pieces. Cook until brown.
  3. Add onions, garlic, bell peppers, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Cook for five minutes, stirring intermittently, until onions are soft. About 5 minutes.
  5. Separate into 3 servings (3 cups each) for use within three days or freeze up to 6 months.
