  • 6 Tbsp Lucknow Fennel Seeds organic
  • 1/4 cup Husked Watermelon Seeds organic
  • 2 Tbsp golden flaxseed whole, organic
  • 2 Tbsp white sesame seeds organic
  • 2 Tbsp black sesame seeds organic
  • 1/2-1 Tbsp lemon juice organic, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom, green organic, ground, more or less to taste
  • 1-2 Tbsp maple sugar organic, more or less to taste

Instructions
  1. Mix all seeds together in a bowl. Stir in lemon juice and salt.
  2. Cover and leave on counter for at least an hour, allowing seeds to marinate in lemon and salt.
  3. Heat a dry skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seeds. Pan roast, stirring and turning constantly until fragrant and toasty, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Transfer hot seeds to a bowl. Add cardamom and maple sugar, stirring well.
  5. Allow mixture to cool completely. Store in an airtight container, preferably in the refrigerator.
