Mango Muse
This is an innovative dish using everyone’s favorite Mangoes that is aptly named Mango Muse! It came out so well that I had to share it here. Now you are wondering what is this Mango Muse? Its mango pulp filled with your favorite kind of muesli, banana pieces, seeds, and cherries. When do I recommend having it- any time of the day!! Haha. It can easily replace the milk in your breakfast muesli (vegans, are you listening?). Further, you can have it as a healthy dessert and as a no-added-sugar beverage!! This no-cook dessert makes the most of the mango season and is perfect for a guilt-free sweet craving. My SIL recently made this as a welcome drink. And boy, what a refreshing change from the usual soda filled welcome drinks (no offense, I still love my Mojito and Lemon Soda) I am not giving exact measurements as it is highly customizable. You like more mango, fill up the glass. If you are a crunch person, throw in a lot of muesli. You love nuts, great-add in almonds, pistachios, walnuts. If you are skipping added sugar, forget about the dried fruits. Try and experiment with other added fruits or berries. This is YOUR dish, you do you!! No dairy makes it a great vegan breakfast and snack option. If you don’t mind soggy cereals then Mango Muse can easily be prepared the night before. You can chill it in the refrigerator overnight and you can relish it in the morning with no hassle or have this easy mango recipe on the go.
