Moringa Honey Coconut Ice Cream
This frozen treat is a delightful way to enjoy moringa powder! We've chosen raw honey to sweeten, however, you can use an alternative such as cane sugar or maple syrup if desired. Add additional ingredients to your heart's content!

  • 1 can (13.5 oz.) coconut milk full fat, organic
  • 1/4-1/3 cup raw honey or other natural sweetener
  • 2-3 tsp moringa powder more or less, to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract more or less, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom, green ground, more or less, to taste
Optional Additional Ingredients
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • dark chocolate chips
  • Raw cacao nibs
  • Chopped nuts
  • Currants or dried ginger
  • dried fruits blueberries, chopped dates, pineapple, cherries, etc.

Instructions
  1. Gently heat coconut milk in a saucepan to warm. Pour into a blender.
  2. Add honey, moringa powder, vanilla and cardamom, pureeing until smooth and completely combined.
  3. Chill for several hours to overnight; transfer to an ice cream maker. Prepare according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. Once the ice cream is made, stir in any additional ingredients desired.
  5. Serve immediately or freeze for later.
