Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk or coconut milk
- 1/4 cup yogurt plain
- 1 TBSP Cultured Ghee
- 1 TBSP honey or jaggery
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cardamom, green
- 1 pinch saffron crushed and steeped in 1 tsp hot water

Instructions
- In a small pan, whisk together all ingredients and heat on low.
- Serve hot.
Recipe Notes
Alternatively, if you have the Fat Fuel 12 pack sampler, you can simply combine the milk, yogurt and honey with 1 tsp each of Pure Indian Foods Indian Dessert Ghee, Digestive Ghee, and Turmeric Superghee.
