Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cups milk or non-dairy alternative
- 1/8 tsp saffron
- 1/4 tsp cardamom, green ground
- 1/4 tsp dried ginger ground
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Brahmi Ghee
- Mishri Indian Sugar or another natural sweetener

Instructions
- Pour milk into a saucepan; whisk in saffron, cardamon and ginger.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
- Pour into a mug; add vanilla, Brahmi Ghee and Mishri Sugar or another natural sweetener to taste. Enjoy hot!
