- 1 can (13.5 oz.) coconut milk full fat, organic
- 1/4-1/3 cup raw honey or other natural sweetener
- 2-3 tsp moringa powder more or less, to taste
- 1 tsp vanilla extract more or less, to taste
- 1/2 tsp cardamom, green ground, more or less, to taste
Optional Additional Ingredients
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
- dark chocolate chips
- Raw cacao nibs
- Chopped nuts
- Currants or dried ginger
- dried fruits blueberries, chopped dates, pineapple, cherries, etc.

Instructions
- Gently heat coconut milk in a saucepan to warm. Pour into a blender.
- Add honey, moringa powder, vanilla and cardamom, pureeing until smooth and completely combined.
- Chill for several hours to overnight; transfer to an ice cream maker. Prepare according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Once the ice cream is made, stir in any additional ingredients desired.
- Serve immediately or freeze for later.
