Serves 4
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded purple cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup chopped baby kale
¼ cup minced red onion
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons PRIMALOIL
1-2 tablespoons raw honey
½ teaspoon dry mustard powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Combine cabbage, purple cabbage, carrots, baby kale and red onion in a serving dish. Separately, whisk vinegar, PRIMALOIL™, honey and mustard powder. Toss into cabbage mixture; season with salt and pepper.
