In this recipe, we use a combination of spices with Ashwagandha Root Powder and Turmeric SuperGhee, both of which are used in Ayurveda to promote excellent health. Feel free to adjust the spices as desired, and, although not necessary, you can whip the moon milk with a handheld or bullet-style blender until frothy before serving.

This is an easy-to-make great holiday, or anytime beverage which can be enjoyed warmed or chilled. For holidays, double the recipe and keep chilled. Stir well before serving. A generous dollop of dairy or non-dairy whipped cream and a sprinkling of cinnamon, cardamom or nutmeg makes for a fun grand finale.

The recipe serves one person but can easily to doubled, tripled, etc. We used organic, wild frozen, blueberries that were thawed, but you can use them straight from the freezer.
