- 1/2 cup kitchari cooked and ready to eat
- 2 tbsp carrots or green beans cooked until very tender
- breastmilk or formula or broth
- 1 tsp Ghee
- Himalayan pink salt optional
- Process the cooked kitchari with the vegetables through a baby food grinder or blender
- Add ghee and salt, and if needed, a bit of milk or broth to get just the right consistency.
