Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Darjeeling Green Tea
- 1-1/4 cups filtered water
- 1-2 tsp fresh ginger root finely chopped
- ice cubes
- raw honey preferably local
- lime slice and lime juice fresh
- 1 pinch green cardamom powder
- 1 Tbsp blueberries optional

Instructions
- Prepare Darjeeling Tea according to jar instructions, adding fresh ginger and steeping for 4 minutes.
- Strain into a glass that's half filled with ice cubes. The tea will cool quickly, so stir in honey to taste, right away.
- Add freshly squeezed lime juice and cardamom.
- Enjoy as is with a slice of lime and/or a tablespoon of blueberries added to the glass.
