- 1-1/2 TBSP Indian Dessert Ghee
- 1 delicata squash slicedhalf lengthwise, seeds removed
- 3 egg(s)
- Himalayan pink salt to taste
- peppercorns, black to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- After slicing squash in half and removing seeds, spread 1 Tbsp ghee on insides of squash and place face-down on baking sheet. Place in oven and check after 30 minutes. The skin should be soft to the touch when done.
- Melt ½ Tbsp ghee in frying pan, then add in eggs and scramble.
- Carefully remove squash from oven, plate and season with salt and pepper.
- Season eggs with salt and pepper. Serve with squash.
- Top with hemp seeds and enjoy!
