Dan and Rachel show you how to start your morning off right with a delicious, healthy paleo breakfast. You can even prepare this in advance to make your mornings super simple.
After slicing squash in half and removing seeds, spread 1 Tbsp ghee on insides of squash and place face-down on baking sheet. Place in oven and check after 30 minutes. The skin should be soft to the touch when done.
Melt ½ Tbsp ghee in frying pan, then add in eggs and scramble.
Carefully remove squash from oven, plate and season with salt and pepper.
Season eggs with salt and pepper. Serve with squash.
