- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 tsp yogurt starter about 0.5 g (or 1 TBSP yogurt from previous batch)

Instructions
- Bring 2 cups of milk to a simmer and lower temperature to 125 degrees F.
- Sterilize the Instant Pot with boiled water and pour out water.
- Pour milk into Instant Pot, and stir in yogurt culture.
- Close Instant Pot (no need to seal), and press Yogurt setting for 8 hours.
- After 8 hours, remove and store in refrigerator.
- Reserve a little bit of yogurt to use as a starter for the next batch.
