Many people are aware of the tremendous benefits of natto, a Japanese staple that, for many Westerners, can be a bit off-putting. That's where the Pure Indian Foods Freeze-Dried Natto comes in so beautifully. It's easily reconstituted, and best of all, the taste is mild and pleasant, blending well with other flavorful ingredients. These cookie bites are a coconut-free version of the recipe available at https://www.pureindianfoods.com/blogs/recipes/coco-natto-cookie-bites.
