This is an easy-to-make vegetarian pizza flavored with assorted pizza-loving veggies and our signature Italian Ghee (infused with rosemary, thyme and oregano). Paneer makes a great addition to pizza; it not only adds great flavor and good nutrition; it holds its shape beautifully!

Ingredients
- 1 pizza crust 12-inch, ready made
- 2 tsp Italian Ghee melted
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce store-purchased or homemade
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese grated or shredded
- 1/2 cup (3-4 ounces) paneer cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup red onions thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup grape or cherry tomatoes halved
- 2-3 Tbsp sliced black olives
- 1-2 Tbsp jalapeño peppers sliced, fresh or canned, drained
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning or to taste
- red pepper flakes to taste, optional
- Italian Ghee melted, for drizzling, optional

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Place the pizza base on a baking tray. Brush with melted Italian ghee.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the top. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Arrange paneer cubes, red onions, red peppers, tomatoes, olives, and jalapeños over the top.
- Cover the top with the remaining cheese and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and red chili flakes if desired.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
- Slice and serve hot, drizzled with additional Italian Ghee, if desired.
