  • Garlic Ghee to taste
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • peppercorns, black ground, to taste
  • Himalayan pink salt ground, to taste
  • 1 avocado chopped
  • 1/4 red onions chopped
  • 1 TBSP cilantro chopped
  • 1 TBSP lime juice
  • 1 TBSP PrimalOil

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then season the salmon with garlic ghee, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until fish is flaky.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine avocado, red onion, cilantro, lime juice and PrimalOil. Salt & pepper to taste, then mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Spoon avocado salsa over salmon and enjoy!
