Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt plain
- 2 Tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp orange zest grated
- raw honey optional, to taste
- 1-2 pinches green cardamom powder or to taste
- 1 cup carrot(s) peeled, grated or julienned
- 1/4 cup Monukka Raisins or Hunza Raisins
- 1/4 cup cashews or peanuts, chopped
- cilantro chopped, to garnish

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.
- Add orange juice, orange zest, honey (if using), and cardamom. Mix well.
- Stir in carrots, raisins, and nuts. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired. Serve at room temperature or chilled, garnished with cilantro.
