- 1 cup yogurt plain or vanilla
- 1 cup Alphonso Mango Puree
- 1 cup mango frozen, cubed
- raw honey or other natural sweetener optional
- 1-2 tsp ginger fresh, grated or minced
- 1/2-1 tsp vanilla extract
- almond or coconut milk as needed
- Puree yogurt, mango puree, frozen mango cubes, honey, ginger and vanilla in a blender, adding almond or coconut milk to desired consistency.
- Serve immediately.
