    Ingredients
    
                - 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp black salt (kala namak)
- 2 serrano chili
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup mint leaves fresh
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 1/2 tsp jaggery (grated)
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup cilantro
