1 tsp Pure Indian Foods Organic Turmeric Powder
2 TBSP Pure Indian Foods Organic Italian Ghee
4 venison sausages
1.5 cups sliced bell pepper
6 sundried tomatoes
Sea salt & ground black pepper to taste
1) With two frying pans, melt a tablespoon of Italian Ghee in each pan.
2) Add bell pepper slices and sundried tomatoes to one pan, and venison sausages to the other.
3) Add sea salt, black pepper, and ½ teaspoon of Turmeric Powder to each, and stir in.
4) Cook sausages through, and slice them into bite-sized pieces if you wish, ensuring the turmeric/ghee blend coats everything thoroughly.
5) Add the sausages, sundried tomatoes and bell peppers to a bowl, and enjoy!
