Ingredients
- 1 cup dry lentils
- 3 cups broth (chicken or vegetable)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon PrimalOil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup yogurt plain
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/8 tsp Himalayan pink salt or to taste
- 1/8 tsp peppercorns, black freshly ground, to taste

Instructions
- Simmer lentils in broth, covered, until soft and broth is absorbed; about 20 minutes.
- Place lentils and all remaining ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Thin with additional broth if too thick.
- Taste and add additional salt and pepper if needed.
- Drizzle a little more PrimalOil on top.
- Serve with toasted pita chips or naan.

Hi Marina! It’s 1 cup of dry lentils.

Place lentils and all remaining ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Thin with additional broth if too thick.
Taste and add additional salt and pepper if needed.
Drizzle a little more PrimalOil on top.
