Mango Kiwi Popsicles with Mint

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup kiwi fruit pulp roughly 3 peeled kiwi fruits
  • 1/2 cup Alphonso Mango Puree
  • 1/2 cup yogurt Greek, vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp mint leaves fresh
  • natural sweetener of choice

Instructions
  1. In a food processor, blend kiwi with mint leaves. If desired, add sweetener of choice
  2. Fill popsicle molds with equal amounts of kiwi-mint pulp; freeze until almost frozen
  3. Whisk mango puree with Greek vanilla yogurt. Pour equal amounts over kiwi
  4. Return to freezer for another 10-12 minutes
  5. Insert wooden sticks into each popsicle; continue freezing until fully frozen
