- 2 cups milk or non-dairy milk
- 1-2 tablespoons jaggery (grated)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- Digestive Ghee optional
- vanilla extract optional
- Combine milk, jaggery and cocoa in a saucepan.
- Stir over medium heat until cocoa and jaggery are dissolved.
- Remove from heat; add a drop or two of vanilla extract and spoonful of Digestive Ghee if desired. (Our Digestive Ghee is infused with cardamom, cinnamon and ginger that make this hot cocoa absolutely divine)!
