- 1 tsp tamarind paste
- 1/2 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp amchoor
- 1/4 tsp black salt (kala namak) (or to taste)
- 1/8 tsp Himalayan pink salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 8 oz filtered water (Alternatively: sparkling water)
- 3-4 cubes ice

- Blend all ingredients well with ice (or add ice separately according to your preference). Enjoy!
Alternative way to make it!
- Blend all ingredients into sparkling water and pour over ice.
