Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Ghee
- 1 onion(s) chopped finely
- 2 pods cardamom, green
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 14 oz tomatoes chopped (can used canned)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon ground
- 1 Tbsp DIY garam masala
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups cream
- 1 Tbsp almonds ground
- 1 quantity Chicken Tikka (See recipe)
- 1 Tbsp cilantro chopped
- Cooked basmati rice (optional)

Instructions
- Heat Ghee in a pan over low heat.
- Add onion and cardamom pods and fry until the onion is soft and golden.
- Add garlic, cook for another minute.
- Add tomato and cook until paste thickens.
- Add cinnamon, garam masala, chili powder, and sugar to the pan and cook for another minute.
- Stir in cream and ground almonds.
- Add in cooked 'Chicken Tikka' pieces and simmer for about 5 minutes or until the chicken is heated thoroughly.
- Serve with Rice if desired, garnish with chopped cilantro.
