Ingredients
- 3 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Manuka Honey
- 3 tbsp almond oil organic, cold pressed
- 1 Tbsp fresh herbs of choice (parsley, dill, basil, chives, etc.)
- 1 pinch Himalayan pink salt or to taste
- 1 pinch black pepper freshly ground, or to taste

Instructions
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together lemon juice, orange juice, Dijon mustard, and honey until smooth.
- Slowly drizzle in almond oil while whisking to emulsify.
- Stir in herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as desired, adding more honey for sweetness, more lemon for brightness.
- Drizzle over salad greens and/or other raw vegetables just before serving.
