- 3 lbs beef ground
- 2 bell peppers de-seeded and chopped
- 2 onion(s) large, and chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 1 tsp peppercorns, black ground
- 2 tsp oregano dried, crushed

Instructions
- Heat a large skillet on medium heat.
- Add ground beef. Stir and chop to separate beef into smaller pieces. Cook until brown.
- Add onions, garlic, bell peppers, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook for five minutes, stirring intermittently, until onions are soft. About 5 minutes.
- Separate into 3 servings (3 cups each) for use within three days or freeze up to 6 months.
